Unfortunately I can’t use aloe vera externally, I had an allergic reaction to it( when I applied it on my face, I had rash on the skin and itching so I don’t use it anymore. But instead I drink aloe vera juice almost every day, I know that its a great source of vitamins and provides many health benefits.
